MGC Raglan — Dynamic Generator Optimizer Simulator

Tick-based simulation with 1-second steps, smooth start/stop transitions, common alpha redistribution for base-load units, and a compact live layout where demand slider + graph + generator cards stay visible together.

Machine & model parameters

Simulation default startup time set to 10 seconds. Ramp-down rule: 5 percentage points per 1-second tick for stopping units.
